Every artwork is professionally packaged using protective materials designed to safeguard it during transit. Framed artworks receive additional protective packaging to minimize the risk of damage.

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your shipment tracking details so you can monitor its progress.

Shipping charges are determined based on factors such as the delivery destination, package size, weight. Shipping is complimentary on all orders within India, with no additional shipping charges at checkout.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the packaging and the artwork. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

If your order has not yet been dispatched, we may be able to update your shipping address. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

While we cannot guarantee specific delivery times, you may be able to arrange a convenient delivery directly with the courier once your shipment is in transit.

The courier will typically attempt redelivery or contact you to arrange another delivery. If the shipment is returned to us due to repeated failed delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
