At Indian Intellect, every artwork is carefully produced, inspected, and packaged to ensure it reaches you in excellent condition. As our products are made to order and handled with exceptional care, we encourage customers to review this Return Policy before making a purchase. This policy explains the circumstances under which returns, replacements, cancellations, and refunds may be requested, and our commitment to resolving genuine concerns in a fair and transparent manner.
Returns
Due to the custom nature of our fine art prints and framed artworks, we generally do not accept returns for reasons such as:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selected by the customer
- Personal preference after delivery
- Ordering the wrong artwork
- Color variations caused by differences in monitor or mobile display settings
- Minor variations in texture or finish that are inherent to fine art printing
Please review the product description, dimensions, framing options, and specifications carefully before placing your order.
Damaged or Defective Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly assist you with a replacement or another appropriate resolution.
To be eligible, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by either using our contact us page or emailing info@indian-intellect.com with:
- Your order number
- Clear photographs of the damaged artwork
- Photographs of the outer packaging
- A brief description of the issue
Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for replacement.
Replacement Policy
Where a claim is verified, we may, at our discretion:
- Replace the damaged or defective artwork with the same product.
- Provide an alternative solution where replacement is not possible.
- Offer another suitable resolution in accordance with applicable consumer laws.
Replacement requests are subject to verification by our quality assurance team.
Refund Policy
Refunds are generally available only when:
- We are unable to replace the damaged or defective product.
- Your order cannot be fulfilled due to circumstances beyond our control.
- A refund is otherwise required under applicable law.
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only before production or dispatch has begun.
Since many of our artworks are produced specifically for each order, cancellation requests made after production has started may not be accepted.
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Indian Intellect cannot be held responsible for delays, additional shipping costs, or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
Non-Returnable Items
Unless required by applicable law, the following items are generally not eligible for return:
- Custom or personalized artworks
- Made-to-order fine art prints
- Clearance or final-sale items (if applicable)
Color Accuracy
We make every effort to display our artworks as accurately as possible. However, colors may appear slightly different depending on your monitor, mobile device, screen calibration, ambient lighting, or printing characteristics. Such differences do not constitute a defect and are not grounds for return.
Inspection Upon Delivery
We recommend inspecting your package immediately upon delivery.
If you notice any visible damage to the packaging, please photograph the package before opening it and retain all original packaging materials until your claim has been resolved.
